Vacation Time!
Chuck and I are anxious for our Arizona vacation; we are leaving Saturday. First we will be in Phoenix, AZ for a week then we will go stay with my sister in Wickenburg and will travel home after Thanksgiving. This will be my first vacation since my three week stay in the hospital (if you can call it that) this spring after the automobile accident. I am not taking my laptop with me but I will have access to my son's computer so I will be checking in from time to time. See you all on the flip side!Jolene

Oh, that skyline is to die for - absolutely wonderful. Enjoy your family and your vacation, it sounds well-deserved.
This car accident sounds horrendous - are you alright now? Three weeks in hospital is no minor affair, thank heavens you are still here!

She still suffers from the affects shrink...but she is a trooper and keeps pluggingalong like our Mama!

Velvet: yes, when I downloaded these pix they came up in the wrong order and I don't know how to switch them! LOL
A.Bananna: What part of "family" are you not a part of?
Ellie: Yes, we will have oodles of fun and will deliver hugs to everyone from you!
Ms. Shrinkwrapped: I was in my car with my fiance' driving and he ran a stop sign. We were t-boned by a cattle truck right where I was sitting. I broke my pelvis and broke a couple of ribs which punctured my right lung. I had to learn how to walk again. Learning to walk at the age of 52 was not fun! To make a long story short, I am no longer engaged, ended up having to pay for the difference of what the insurance company would pay off for my car, had a broken body and a broken heart because he dumped me after that was all said and done. Nevertheless, I am a survivor and there isn't anything that can keep me down!

Oh My! What a terrible accident. The scars go much deeper than broken bones. I'm beginning to understand more about you, Jolene. Keep up your strong positive outlook on life.

Shrink: It is beautiful weather down here in Arizona. It feels strange to have summer weather in November. It is supposed to snow in Wyoming this week!
Chewy: Just another saga on my life path. It's going to get better from here on!
San: I have always wanted to write a book about our family. It would be an interesting story for the Dr. Phil show too! He would probably check himself into the nervous hospital if he were to study our family! LOL
David: Yes Ms. Creek is my sister and so is Velvet. A. Bananna is my niece and Lolly is my daughter and Meanie aka: Chuck is my baby dragon.
I have met some amazing people through blogging and I cherish each and every friendship. Thank you all for your kind words of encouragement.
