Hi Jo,
Number seven has always been my downfall, but I'm getting better. It's those bumps in the road that you expect,,,,and by the time you get to them, they don't exist.
Super guidelines,,,may we all live them in '09!
Loved your bean/man flushin' story,,,he hardly was worthy of you,,,,so good you got on down the road, and rid yourself of that bump!
