That is, until the snowfall ends and the plowing, melting, dragging in the slop from outside into the house begins. That plus winter brings Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day -a few little brighteners maybe, for you. Or, it is nature's time to sleep, to rest up to bring forth another beautiful budding, blooming, blossoming spring and summer, followed by a time of harvest of the produce come next fall.
