HAPPY NEW YEARS!

For the second year in a row, we went out to the fairgrounds and participated in the Young at Heart Seniors Benefit and dance with Gary's family. We had an excellent roast beef dinner and then we danced. Unfortunately, we had to cut our time short because Gary has to work tomorrow but we were able to dance to our song "Keeper of the Stars" before we left.

HAPPY NEW YEAR, everyone.

Another trip around the sun....

Tick-tock, the clock is ticking....
We are just days before we begin a new year.
What have I accomplished, what do I have left to do?
Have I left words unsaid; have I told my loved ones that I love them enough?
Do I have pain in my footprints behind me or did I leave happiness and joy?

Only another trip around the sun, will tell.
Happy New Year, everyone!
Love,
Jo

Happy Birthday, Ellie!

You were our Christmas baby in 1963...always very special in your own unique way.
You are talented, resourceful, intelligent and very beautiful...inside and out.

I'm very proud to call you my sister!
Have a very happy Birthday!
Love,
Jolene

Retired but not out of service....

I painted this from a a photo that Dick E. took; he gave me permission to paint it. Thanks Dick!

I am giving this to Glenn, Gary's father for Christmas. Glenn is 85, retired and still enjoying life.

The blue strip at the top of the painting is actually the shadow from the frame. :o)

Now I only have 7 more projects to finish in the next 11 days!

Preparations continue....

The presents are wrapped and under the tree....

The out of town presents are shipped...

If all goes well, I need another month of preparation to get everything done!
